- Who has the problem today, and how badly does it need solving?
- What makes the technology, insight, or process difficult to replicate?
- How large does the opportunity become if she is right?
- Can she attract and lead the people required to make the vision real?
- Will what she builds still matter ten years from now?
We invest before the answers are obvious, when conviction is still ahead of consensus. We care less about a polished plan than about the quality of the founder’s judgment and her ability to turn an original vision into something real.
