We back founders who see around corners

We are two partners in New York. One built a global art platform and has spent three decades identifying cultural vision before the market catches up. The other spent fifteen years at the frontier of technology media and communications. Together we build high-trust networks, and support the companies others do not yet see.

Yana Lande

Co-Founder and General Partner

Yana Lande is a Ukraine-born, New York-based artist, curator and publisher who has spent thirty years working on a single question: how identity, transformation and power become visible.

She is the founder of LIMELIGHT Vision, an international cultural platform at the intersection of monumental painting, photography and intellectual community, dedicated to women whose vision shapes the world. Each subject becomes a large-scale lime-and-print portrait, and the works anchor a programme of salons, panels and dinners convening patrons, collectors and thought leaders. It launched in New York in June 2026.

As an artist she works across painting, performance, photography, video and sculpture, and has shown in London, New York, Miami and Boston. Her most recent body of work, Transcendent Heavens, was made and exhibited at MIT with the bioart pioneer Joe Davis. Her solo exhibition #invisibleheavens opened at Grace Belgravia in London, curated by Nadja Romain. She is represented by Victoria Yakusha Gallery across its Miami Design District and Antwerp spaces.

As a curator and publisher she has produced more than one hundred art books and exhibition catalogues, including monographs for Robert Wilson, the Chapman Brothers, AES+F and Zinaida Serebryakova, and has built exhibitions placing Old Masters alongside the contemporary avant-garde. She was the first employee of Triumph Gallery, where she worked for fourteen years. She is a member of the International Association of Art Critics.

She studied at Odessa Art School, the St. Petersburg State Theatre Arts Academy, the St. Petersburg State University of Film and Television, and Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Advisor — founder coaching

Ariane works with our founders on the parts of the job nobody trains for: the first firing, the co-founder disagreement, the month the data comes back wrong. She founded First30Days.com, wrote the bestselling book behind its 9 Principles of Change, and has taught that framework at Google, Amazon, Morgan Stanley, L’Oréal and Nestlé. She holds an MBA from Stanford, started at BCG, and invested from Time Warner’s digital venture fund. She created Coaches4Ukraine, which provides free coaching to anyone affected by the war.
